Know if your idea will sell before you build it.

Most founders find out nobody wants their product after months of building it. ValidateKit tells you in a week: a landing page, real price tests, and a straight verdict.

Verdict: build it.

4.1% of visitors clicked buy and left an email.

Most side projects die the same way.

  • Months of building, then nobody shows up.

  • Friends say it's a great idea, strangers never pay.

  • Setting up a proper test page takes longer than it should.

How would you like it?

What's a fake door test?

A real-looking Buy button for a product that doesn't exist yet. Nobody is charged; the click is logged as intent. It shows what people do, not what they say.

Do I need to code?

Not for the basics. A one-click "Deploy to Vercel" button sets everything up, and you edit one config file for your text and prices. You'll need free GitHub, Vercel and Supabase accounts. The AI features are optional and need your own OpenAI or Anthropic API key.

What does 'build it, tweak it, or drop it' mean?

The dashboard compares your price clicks and signups against thresholds you can edit. 'Build it' means real buying intent. 'Tweak it' means interest but something's off (headline, price or channel). 'Drop it' means people saw it and didn't care. You find that out in a week, not after three months.

When do I get it?

Founding users get access in about two weeks, before the public launch.

Is it really free?

For the first 30, yes. After that it becomes a paid kit.

Can founding users shape what gets built?

Yes. The first 30 founders get every feature as it ships and a direct line to me for requests.

Who's building it?

Me, Malaika, a senior frontend engineer, building it in public on X at @malaikaafridi9.
